"Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Trotz des Missverständnisses mit der Agentur bezüglich der Kaution. Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Übertragung einer Versicherungspolice über den Betrag für den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar. "The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, relatively close to several interesting places. We were surprised by the size of the room. It was tiny. We reserved an accesible room with an additional sofa-bed thinking that without using it, it'll be more spacious but it was completely opposite. With our luggage and a round table it was almost impossible to move around. The room cleaning was superficial. Breakfast was good and the parking is paid by the hour."
