  • Located in Le Perrey, Le Clos des Argillières welcomes you to a spacious 230 m² holiday home that can accommodate up to 12 guests. You will find 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a television, step-free access, a ground floor with no stairs, and a dedicated workspace. Families will appreciate the availability of 1 baby cot, 1 high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children. A sleeping area with specific medical equipment can be arranged on the ground floor upon request.



    Enjoy a fenced 3,000 m² garden with a round, unheated above-ground outdoor pool. The setting is peaceful and rural, with complete privacy.



    For parking, several spaces are directly accessible next to the house. Beach towels and bicycles for exploring the area are available on request for an extra fee. Self check-in makes your arrival easy. Please note that events are not permitted.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Hosts Aurélie et Guillaume were very welcoming. Check-in was straightforward and the house was delightful, clean and charming. Location was perfect for access to the A13 to get about but the house stands in a quiet lane that was perfect for relaxing.
