house that can accommodate 5-6 people 2 km Palace - Taillefer area with sea views of the garden and the house, completely renovated in 2011 - fitted kitchen - equipped for all seasons (radiators and wood stove) - Terrace - beach 50 m -Quartier quiet and beautiful views -


The surroundings: The house is located in the town of Palais, principal town of Belle Ile and principal place of arrival of boats from Quiberon and La Turballe. It is very close to a small beach 'area' (see photo) very quiet even in high summer and 10 minutes walk from the beach Castoul. The coastal path is about fifty meters from the house and in winter, near the tip of Taillefer promises nice performances. The sea is visible from the garden (front and back), the house of ground floor and first floor (mezzanine bedroom). The town is a 20-25 minute walk and 5-10 minutes by bike. Bicycles, electric bicycles, cars, scooters can be rented at PALACE.

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit Meerblick direkt am Sentier GR34. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Toller Startpunkt für Ausflüge oder sich einfach nur auf der Terrasse zu erholen und abends in Le Palais nett Essen zu gehen. Ein großes Danke schön auch an unsere Consierge Nathalie. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

SALE !!! UNE HONTE !!!

À peine arrivés, il a fallu aller acheter des produits d’entretien et décrasser un minimum ! Quel agréable début de vacances !La personne de la conciergerie était outrée de l’état de la maison et nous a précisé que c’était la propriétaire qui était là avant nous. On aurait aussi pu faire la peinture car le peintre n’avait pas eu le temps et il y avait de la moisissure sur les murs.Il ne faut pas louer si la maison n’est pas prête !!!La propriétaire a proposé de faire passer la conciergerie le lendemain mais nous avons décliné car il avait bien fallu nettoyer pour se poser le 1er jour. Elle nous a demandé notre RIB pour nous rembourser 100 euros en dédommagement. Nous lui avons envoyé et répondu que cela mériterait une remise de 50%. Nous attendons toujours le virement… comme quoi, malhonnêteté, mauvaise foi et manque d’hygiène sont compatibles !

Deconnection et paysages sauvages.

Gite lumineux et bien équipé bénéficiant d'un emplacement idéal pour profiter des paysages et de la baignade sur des plages toutes proches. Randonnees, tout autour de l'ile par se tion ou en continu. Hors saison touristique l'ile est un paradis.

Jolie maison tres bien placée

La maison est jolie, presque neuve, tres bien équipée, confortable et surtout tres bien placée pas loin du palais, du port a pied et a 5 minutes a pied des plus beaux couchers de soleil que nous ayons vu en Bretagne, des entiers côtiers, de petites criques. La propriétaire est tres accueillante, disponible et efficace.

Photos mensongères

10 des 24 photos sont fausses. La belle maison est en réalité un chantier. Plus de jardin mais une maison en chantier non sécurisé pour les enfants (tuyau, carrelages, grillage, étagère, tondeuse traînent dans le jardin). Plus de portail pour assurer la sécurité des enfants (il est posé contre une façade avec un risque de chute) . La vue mer a l’avant de la maison est inexistante car la haie n’est pas taillée et il y a un énorme tas de terre! Donc pas de vue mer à l’avant et aucun enfant en bas âge ne peut jouer dans le jardin qui est quasiment inexistant. Par ailleurs, contrairement à ce qu’indique l’annonce sur l’appli. Aucun drap n’est fourni! Je vous laisse également lire l’annonce sur le site (et non sur l’application) car l’eau et l’électricité sont en plus. Mais ce n’est qu’un détail par rapport aux photos mensongères.

Maison très agréable avec vue sur mer

La maison est située près de la pointe de Taillefer, à proximité immédiate d’une crique. Point de départ idéal pour des balades, avec la mer omniprésente. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé, et pratique. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous regrettons simplement la « surprise » de fin de séjour de devoir payer les frais d’eau, électricité + taxe de séjour sans en avoir été averti au préalable (rien dans l’annonce, pas de contrat).
