Welcome to our freshly renovated villa (end of work March 2026), nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac in the rue des Coraux, in a quiet, residential and well-frequented area.

🌿 Despite the lush vegetation of the neighbouring houses, the terrace offers a nice little sea view very pleasant.

🌴 The 3 bedrooms open onto the terrace facing the pool and the bay windows are equipped with electric shutters.

Between the two sleeping areas, there is the living room.

You will benefit from an equipped kitchen open to the living room in order to stay close to your loved ones.

You will have a smart TV and an orange fibre internet connection.

The living room has a large bay window overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool.

- 🏊 ♀️ Chlorine swimming pool (4m x 2,000 5m) – depth of 1.5m
- 🔔 Equipped with a submerged alarm
- ☀️ 2 deckchairs to read or sunbathe after your excursions

- 1 central dining area facing the bay window of the living room

The house is secured by a gate that can be opened manually.
You can park at the foot of the stairs leading to the terrace.

The best thing about this location is that you can reach the next 3 beaches by the staircase that is just in front of the house:

Very popular with locals for morning jogging, lined with coconut trees, equipped with showers, tables and benches for picnics.
Protected by the coral reef and a curtain of rocks forming a natural pool, swimming is safe for children.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Le Moule. A famous spot for windsurfers 🏄 ♂️ and an area dedicated to beach volleyball (international competitions).

You will benefit from all the local shops within a 5-minute drive: U Express, Carrefour Market, organic supermarket, pharmacies, petrol station...

Also, you can reach the city centre of Le Moule in 15 minutes on foot if you like walking.

Arrival will be autonomous.
