    Located at the foot of the Pitons du Carbet (2nd peak in Martinique), this villa offers a magnificent view of the Pelée Mountain, the Pitons du Carbet and the Caribbean Sea. It is a true haven of peace located 25 minutes from Fort-de-France and 15 minutes from the beaches of Carbet and Saint Pierre in the middle of lush greenery with a wide variety of flowers.
    The property has many fruit trees: orange, lemon, grapefruit, cashew, cloves, coffee, kaïmitier, apple, pomegranate, kumkwat, coconut, forbidden fruit, avocado, mandarin, guava, icaquier, soursop ...).
