"Lovely hotel in the heart of the historical part of Rouen. Very walkable. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is somewhat difficult. We had a van which did not fit in their underground parking. Be prepared to drive around to find a parking spot."

"Absolutely dreadful. The place is not fit for purpose. All very shabby and used, worn out and old. Toilets stained and brown, no kitchen towels or hand towels and only large towels.
