I have to make a compain to expedia,o arrival at 8 in the evening ,i found out at the reception that we were not booked through expedia even though we did so 2 days prior ,we were standind there with my disabled wife trying to find out why ,thank god there was a room available and we checked in ,what if not? After a long drive it was the last thing we wanted ,i expect expedia to give us an explanation, and what are they going to do about it ,awaiting a quick response

Das Hotel ist gut und mir lange bekannt.Die Bewertung schrecklich bezieht sich auf Expedia, die mir eine Buchung bestätigt und garantiert hat.Leider wußte im Hotel niemand etwas von einer Buchung.Ich habe probiert mittels Chat BootExpedia zu kontaktieren,aber diesen Schrott kann man vergessen.Zu Hause habe ich telefonisch mit dem Mitarbeiter der Expedia telefoniert.Der man sprach schlecht Deutsch und konnte nicht so richtig verstehen worum es mir ging.Er hat sich immerhin sehr bemüht und hat mich sogar selbst angerufen und geboten eine Gutschrift zu schicken.Davon kam leider nichts.Für mich heißt es nie wieder Expedia.

Que dire ! Les photos de s chambres ne correspondent pas à la chambre qui m'a été attribuée. Très petite et déco vétuste. SDB avec une propreté perfectible . Froid dans la nuit et dans la salle de bain . Repas moyen à réchauffer sois même au micro onde sur le palier...Ok c'est à cause du covid et pourtant d'autres établissements font justement bcp d'efforts pour nous permettre de passer un moment de détente et apporte un service ++. Seul point positif ,le jeune homme à l'accueil très sympathique et accueillant;) . Je me demande (car cela n'est pas la première fois) si lorsque l'on réserve sur hotel.com les hôtels nous réserve une chambre bas de gamme ..En ayant plus de 50 nuits à l'année et donc membre gold ..je n'ai vu aucune différence ni eu offre quelconque.J'éviterai de nouveau cet hôtel désolé!

Chambre à 74€ bien trop chère pour sa taille.

Les propriétaires sont sympas et propose pour 20€ un plateau repas très correct idem pour petit déjeuner ou rien ne manque. Par contre la chambre a 74 € n est meme pas a la hauteur d un ibis budget. Toute petite comme la télé et la salle d eau avec une douche et meuble salle de bain qui doit avoir 20 ans. Enfin l écoulement d eau et des Wc des gens au dessus s entend vraiment fort. Dommage car nous attendions un cran au dessus pour le prix : 144€ chambre 2 plateaux repas 2 plateaux petit dej.

Le personnel est super agréable, serviable et souriant. Les chambres mériteraient un coup de lifeting (peinture qui cloque, support de douche mal fixé). La nuit reste tout de même agréable, et les repas plutôt bon.

Logis de grande qualité, un restaurant savoureux

Formidable service dans le contexte covid, un hôtel Logis de France familial et soucieux de tout organiser. Post covid, réservez au restaurant, une tres belle carte à découvrir. Pour les amoureux de randonnee et de ballade, l'hôtel est parfaitement situé entre la Bresse et Gérardmer.

Très bonne adresse, des gens charmants et très serviables. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Hôtel facile à trouver et facile pour se garer. Il manque peut être la possibilité de perdre une boisson chaude dans la chambre.

Très heureux de notre séjour !!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce petit hôtel très charmant et très agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique, toujours a l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux et composé de très bons produits. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
