Villa Mansfenil - Le Marin- Sea and forest view

Located on the heights of the town of Le Marin, Villa Mansfenil invites you to a relaxing interlude. As soon as you arrive, let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking view of the ocean and the forest, a spectacle that can be enjoyed at any time and almost anywhere in the house. Here, calm reigns supreme, lulled by the trade winds and by the cry of the Mansfenil (commonly known as "Malfini" in the West Indies), which will sometimes hover over the Villa.

The bright and airy living space opens onto the outside, offering a feeling of freedom and harmony between nature and modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen extends this experience by inviting you to share convivial meals on the terrace.

The Villa accommodates up to 6 people on 2 levels, and consists of:
On the ground floor
A bedroom with a 160*200 bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds 90*200 (modular into a 180*200 bed), a bathroom (double sink, shower, toilet) and a separate toilet

Upstairs:
A master suite with a 160*200 bed and its en-suite bathroom

All bedrooms have a sea view and are equipped with air conditioning.

The Villa is equipped with a salt-treated swimming pool (not heated) with a submerged beach, ideal for children and moments of relaxation (with removable safety net).

Every corner has been designed for relaxation and pleasure at any time of the day: the Rooftop upstairs at sunrise or for starry nights, the 2 relaxation nets indoors and by the pool for a little reading or for a nap in the shade or while sunbathing, the petanque court or the dartboard as an aperitif....

You also have an outdoor shower for returning from the beach and a charcoal barbecue.

The Villa is ideally located for visiting the South of Martinique. It is a 15-minute drive from the Marina du Marin, one of the largest marinas in the Caribbean, where many excursions and cruises will be at your disposal. You can also join the unmissable hike of the Trace des Caps, about twenty minutes walk from the Villa, where the white sandy beaches await you.
