La Cigalière au Lavandou

This single storey house has just been completely renovated in a peaceful and warm atmosphere.
It faces south, the front terrace has a large family table, ideal for lunch with a lovely view of the sea. On the other side of the house you will find a shaded area under the trees with a plot of pétanque, a must in our region!

It can accommodate up to ten people. The villa consists of a beautiful, bright living room with a large lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as five bedrooms: one with two single beds and a shower room, one suite with a queen-size bed, separate shower room, and toilet, and three bedrooms with queen-size beds and shower rooms. Two additional separate toilets.

Indoor and outdoor dining areas for 10 people.

Amenities: reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, television, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso espresso machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine, large outdoor plancha grill.

Bon plan

La Maison est agréable et confortable, L’emplacement est pratique, la vue est bien, le calme est surprenant, le jardin est trop petit, la piscine est minuscule Mais elle a Le mérite d’exister. L’agent immobilier et son équipe ont été très efficaces sympathiques et tres reactifs àla moindre de nos sollicitations.
