-THE ACCOMMODATION-
This bright, fully-renovated flat features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room for greater conviviality, a comfortable bedroom with 140x190cm bedding, a bathroom with a shower and meticulous decoration: everything has been carefully thought out for your comfort and well-being.
The flat is on the 3rd floor, without a lift.
There is a chest of drawers for storing your belongings. A washing machine is also available.
We provide bed linen and towels. Wifi is also available.

-LOCATION
The location is ideal, you will be staying in a district in the heart of Le Havre city centre, a stone's throw from places to visit (Maison de l'Armateur, Musée Malraux, Niemeyer cultural centre), the fishing port with its famous fish market and the Southampton quay with its bars and restaurants and its promenade with a breathtaking view of the sunsets.

-ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
For an independent arrival, keys are available from 3pm, 7 days a week, 900 m from the accommodation (11 minutes' walk). All the instructions for collecting the keys will be given to you before your arrival.

If you arrive by train, you can walk to the flat, which is 14 minutes from the station.

## Access

- Car parking is easy at the foot of the building (ticket machine approx. €5/day).

During your stay, you can easily get around the city on foot from the flat: the beach, the marina, the Docks, the town hall, the train station and the bus station are all within a 14-minute walk.

Public transport is easily accessible. To get to your accommodation, you can use public transport, such as the bus or tram. Depending on your location, don't hesitate to use the LIA app to guide you on your route.

We offer professional mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 10 nights, including replacement of household linen and cleaning (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen). This service is subject to a charge and will be invoiced at the same price as the cleaning fee in the advert.
