    Charming duplex maisonette of 36 m² for 4 people, cocooning seaside style, with private parking, in a small gated residence in the heart of a quiet area.

    Beach at 400 m, Boucanet pine forest and Ponant pond at 200 m.
    Everything is accessible on foot or by bike to fully enjoy the stay.

    House designed without air conditioning, for an ecological stay, with silent fans to keep it cool.

    - A 25 m² sun terrace out of sight, perfect for napping, reading or enjoying meals in the open air with awning, garden furniture, sunbeds, electric BBQ

    - Living room: sofa bed, storage, TV, Fibre internet

    - Equipped kitchen: table and chairs, induction hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, food processor, as well as all the utensils and accessories you need to cook

    - Bedrooms:
    - 1 double bedroom (bed 140) with storage
    - 1 bedroom with bunk beds, protective rail provided, wardrobe, mosquito nets included

    - Bathroom: shower, washbasin, WC, hair dryer,

    100% autonomous arrival with secure key box, from 4pm (adjustable according to the period). Departure with face-to-face check-out provided by Cathy, concierge service.
