Wir sind auf unserer Radtour nur für eine Nacht im SOWELL eingecheckt und waren positiv überrascht. Der Mitarbeiter am Check-in war extrem freundlich und es lief unkompliziert und schnell - es gab sogar eine kostenlose Erfrischung. Natürlich ist die Anlage nicht super neu, aber wir haben uns über ein geräumiges, sauberes Apartment mit Terrasse und Klimaanlage gefreut. Ebenfalls top Personal an der Bar und faire Preise. Wir haben für den Abend das Essen dazugebucht und sind sehr zufrieden schlafen gegangen :)

Pas informés pour payer en parking véhicule que je suis étonnée pour payer plus. Chambre, il n'y a pas de télévision et cuisine, la plaque cuisine ne marche plus pour cuire. Restaurant, moyen de buffet même ça coûte cher... Bien pour aller à la plage.

Accueil agréable de la part de toute l’équipe. Emplacement idéal Côté restaurant, beaucoup d’attention et de gentillesse de la part du personnel que nous avons apprécié. Il y a du choix. La terrasse est agréable. Nous avons profiter des petits déjeuners et des brunch copieux. Le système de box est très sympa. Côté chambre : équipement très bien, logement propre et grand. Climatisation et terrasse La proximité avec la plage est un gros plus, la piscine est petite mais agréable et bien entretenue Le personnel qui gère l’entretien extérieur est très sympa. Ils ont toujours un mot gentil. Beaucoup de soin apporté dans les jardins Nous aurions aimé pouvoir profiter de la vue sur les jardins ou sur la mer (comme lors de notre précédente visite). Malheureusement notre logement donnait sur le terrain de pétanque et sur des mobilhommes. La vue a été le point noir de notre séjour. Parking pratique mais payant La grande motte est accessible à pied facilement le long d’une promenade agréable en bord de mer.

Nous étions en couple pr 1 week-end de 3jrs ns avon trouvé cet établissement d'un très bn rapport qualité prix et le personnel très sympathique. Seul bémol et non des moindres parking intérieur pas couvert 12€ par jr. 1 peu cher par rapport au reste.

Prise en compte de la chambre possible à partir de 17 heures. Nous avions quitté l'hôtel précédent à 11 heures et le trajet entre les deux hôtels était de 30 minutes Que fait-on entre 11 h 30 et 17 heures sans avoir accès à la chambre. Le plus grave est que Hôtels.com ne mentionne pas cette obligation de ne prendre la chambre qu'à partir de 17 h. On l'apprend après avoir payé et sans aucune possibilité de revenir en arrière. Pour moi, "hôtels.com" c'est définitivement terminé.

Die Anlage liegt an der Grenze zu La Grand Motte, ca. 3km zum nächsten SuperU in Le Grau du Roi, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit im abgeschlossenen Innengelände. Positiv für uns: Keinerlei Animationen, sehr ruhig. Zimmer (wir hatten ein Basiczimmer) schienen frisch renoviert. Es war alles da und hat funktioniert, was auf der Liste stand. Wir waren im September dort, 28 C, heute würde ich nur ein Zi mit Klimaanlage buchen. Die Schnakenplage war groß, die Fenster mußten früh geschlossen werden, und der Ventilator brachte zu wenig Kühlung. Das Gebäude außen und innen (Flure) sollte dringend renoviert werden incl. Beleuchtung. Wir hatten "nur" mit Frühstück gebucht, das reichte uns. Auch bei späterer Ankunft (möglich bis 12 Uhr!) waren die drei Bufettes immer gut bestückt bzw. wurden ergänzt. Die Vielfalt war groß, das Personal immer um Sauberkeit bemüht. Ein No-go: Mit 1 Putzlappen (ohne Wassereimer!) wurden bis zu 10 Tische und Stühle (!) abgewischt. Bitte künftig 2 verschiedene Eimer und 2 verschiedene Putzlappen vorsehen. Das wäre appetitlicher. Schwimmbad innen und außen sauber, Becken an manchen Stellen reparaturbedürftig. Leider funktionierte keine Dusche. Schön war der nahe Strand, weitgehend sauber.
