IA lovely traditional house, 2 minutes from the sea (which you can just about see from the front deck), and 5 minutes from a couple of restaurants and a couple of shops. I loved the chilled laid-back feel of Le Vieil.

Noirmoutier house in the heart of Old and 100 meters from the beach
The owner was very helpful and friendly and the house and garden were even better looking in real life than on the website. The house is a minute or two from the beach and shops and is in an excellent location for riding or driving to some of the island's best beaches, attractions and shops.

4-person house, in the heart of the quiet, typical village of Le Vieil, near the beach
Maison particulièrement propre et bien décorée.Nous avons aussi apprécié l’accueil des propriétaires, la situation de la maison, son confort.Rien ne manque.Notre séjour a été des plus agréable.
