"One of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. I would like to thank both Mario and Ilse for being wonderful hosts, we received such a warm welcome and were afforded absolute privacy throughout our stay even though they were always on hand if anything was needed.The cottage is beautiful and so well equipped its a real home from home, with a full size larder fridge and an under the counter freezer there is plenty of room for you to stock up on groceries and forget that the world outside exists.The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, you seriously want for nothing, there is even a bacon slicer!Beds are very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are very stylish with plenty of hot water and a fantastic shower.The garden is amazing, and in complete peace and quiet all you can hear are the sounds of nature and the views are spectacular. The pool is a real treat, just the right size and warm.There are some really pretty walks in the area and it is only minutes away from the national park. I would recommend the cottage to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet, hiking, cycling or relaxing. There are also really good dark skies at night perfect for star gazing there is no light pollution.Although it feels that you are in the middle of nowhere nothing is too far away, it is only 45 minutes of easy driving from Limoges Airport. The roads are very quiet compared to the UK. Plenty of Supermarkets along the route.So thankful that we found this place, we will be return soon x"

"Had a wonderful week in this beautiful property. It was so much more than we were hoping for. The house is tastefully decorated giving it a real homely feel along with French rustic charm, and was equipped with everything we needed. The Gite gave us even more space and equipment and is again beautifully decorated and maintained. The swimming pool is fantastic and was a real bonus in the hot weather. The shaded gazebo was also a lovely addition to the pool area. We used the large local supermarket and ate at home for 3 nights and found some great restaurants in the nearby villages to experience the local cuisine. The hosts obviously care about their guests experience and their property and we loved the welcome pack on our arrival. A great time was had by all. Thoroughly recommend. "

The owner was so welcoming, our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was served in a nice room and the restaurant experience was superb - we had a delicious dinner outside on the terrace. My son enjoyed dipping into the pool and our dog was happy all around! Great please highly recommend! "

"Our stay at Mossy's beautiful house in the French countryside was perfect. After a long drive, we were warmly welcomed by Mossy who had thoughtfully prepared a welcome basket which was exactly what we needed. He was kind and attentive, yet respected our privacy, allowing us to fully enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. We were two families with 4 children between the age of 7 and 15. We all enjoyed the house that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent our days enjoying the swimming pool, playing football, table tennis, having BBQ's in the spacious garden. The game room was a highlight, where we held fun family tournaments in darts, pool and baby football, creating memories we will cherish. The nearby village of Nanteuil was a short walk away, we loved exploring its charming streets and picking up fresh bread in the morning. Mossy and his team were available if we needed anything. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and would highly recommend this wonderful property."
