Come and take refuge in our new fully equipped semi-detached chalet of 140 m2 built in 2025 in the heart of the Aravis chain combining modernity and tradition of yesteryear. It is located in a residential cul-de-sac 10 mins walk from the village of Chinaillon, the ski lifts and 100m from a free shuttle stop to Grand-Bornand and Chinaillon. This will allow you to access the Floria or Charmieux ski lifts in just 3-4 minutes.
The chalet consists of 3 levels with on the ground floor an entertainment area with children's playroom, a relaxation area with sauna and shower, a skiroom and a laundry area.
Please note that the games room can be converted into an additional bedroom with a double bed 140x190.
On the 1st floor you will find the friendly and comfortable living space with mountain views for unforgettable evenings. The L-shaped balcony terrace will allow you to enjoy its South and West exposure, winter and summer.
The night floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds 160x200, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200 and finally a dormitory bedroom with 4 bunk beds 90x180. Please note that the 2 superior beds are to be booked for children over 6 years old and under 70kgs according to the supplier's data. Finally, 2 bathrooms complete this floor.
