Property and grounds were very comfortable and great for large family with kids. Not many dining options near by and only grocery store is 15 minutes away were the only set backs

Our experience at the villa was absolutely incredible. From the room to the breathtaking view, the private pool, the outdoor shower, and the thoughtful amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was even more impressive than what we had seen online. We were also delighted by the welcoming basket filled with local products—a lovely and personal touch. While the kitchenette lacked an oven and had limited prep space, we managed just fine. However, mid-stay cleaning was not as prompt as expected. Although we were informed that the cleaning staff would handle restocking, the villa was only cleaned on the 8th day of our 10-day stay. By that time, we had already purchased the essentials we needed. Despite this, the overall experience was remarkable and memorable. We would definitely book again.

Hôtel idéalement placé.Chambre impeccable Restaurant très sympathique Lili au lagon proche des villas du lagon . Seul bémol à mon goût , il manque un peu d’animation le soir sur place .

Le séjour y était agréable. Le cadre, la vue et la chambre sont vraiment les points fort. Piscine privée sur terrasse avec vue sur mer très agréable. Le site est peu actif, pas d'activité sur place mise à part un restaurant/bar sur plage. Les activités exterieures peuvent être organisées sur demande auprès de la réception. Réceptionniste, toujours de bon conseil qui nous a paru très réceptive et très agréable, toujours au petit soin ! Parking à disposition à l'hotel gratuitement. Les points négatifs que nous avons rencontré niveau chambre : évacuation de douche bouché, climatisation qui coule au sol abondamment (mal/peu entretenu), nettoyage de la chambre un peu léger (poussières, toile d'araignée ici et là), éclairage piscine/terrasse non fonctionnel, lavabo fissuré mais fonctionnel. En ce qui concerne l'hotel et les extérieures : lampes endommagées éparse, plage du complexe très jolie mais peu entretenue (présence d'algues en quantité importante sur la plage de l'hotel, c'est laissé au naturel mais un nettoyage régulier serait idéal), portail d'accès au complexe disfonctionnel (à plusieurs reprises complètement bloqué). Piscine privée entretenue régulièrement par une personne très gentille. Néanmoins, il accéde sur la terrasse par l'extérieur sans prévenir. Pour resumé, un beau complexe mais un manque d'entretien dans sa globalité ce qui est dommage car notre note aurait été plus haute sans cela. L'une ou l'autre activité interne au complexe en serait également bienvenue.

Villa très belle mais faut aimé le mobiliers ancien , le carrelage est abîmé , la baignoire taché de rouille et pas très propre le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas bien du tout . Les draps sont tachés et sentait pas très bon.

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön gelegen und die einzelnen Apartments sind sehr voneinander abgeschirmt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Apartments ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem ist es weiter zu empfehlen.

Belles prestations un peu vieillot

-Appart vue mer, belle déco, belle vue et belles prestations : tennis, kite surf, plage et pratique -Pas très propre : taches sur le sol et sol pas très nettoyé, placards un peu usés, défection d’oiseau sur la table pour manger dehors. -Mettre à dispo les voiturettes pour les clients car la marche peut être éprouvante sous la chaleur.

La vue est magnifique de la chambre et le personnel est super gentil. Par contre la chambre était très sale à nôtre arrivée. Il m’ont dit qu’une femme de ménage passerai faire le ménage mais elle est seulement venue faire un lit… Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis au sol aussi dans la chambre alors impossible de marcher sans bas ou sandal et le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas accessible facilement il faut réserver plusieurs journée d’avance pour y manger alors si vous n’avez pas d’auto un gros dilemme pour manger. La douche de la chambre est extérieur et le balcon de la villas voisine donnait directement sur notre douche il n’y avait pas d’intimité pour ce côté là.

Séjour agréable, 2 bémols.

L’hôtel en lui même profite d’une situation exceptionnelle. Les filets anti sargasses sont un vrai plus selon la période. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Les kayaks et paddles disponibles gratuitement à la plage ce qui est vraiment pratique ! Seulement 2 bémols : - pas de petit déjeuner, les premières boulangeries sont à 10-15min de voiture. - les chambres ne sont pas lavées et les serviettes pas changées tant que votre séjour ne dépasse pas 7jours. Seule solution proposée, faire soit même sa lessive dans une machine à laver à disposition (1 pour toute la résidence). Au prix de la nuit pour une villa vue mer, c’est plutôt cocasse de devoir faire soit même sa lessive! Mise à par ça nous avons passé un séjour agréable !

Je tenais à laisser cet avis concernant le séjour de 13 jours que j'ai passé avec mon compagnon dans les Villas du Lagon. L'appartement était spacieux, le lit immense, et tout le confort nécessaire était là pour passer un agréable séjour. La piscine chauffée était également un plus. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier les personnes de l'accueil pour leur dévouement et leur disponibilité. Et je voulais faire un big up spécial à Josué 😉🌹.
