"Pros: The relaxing location, the local patisserie was lovely. So easy to get around bordeaux was under an hour away and the tree top go ape type park in thenon was an hour and great for all ages, kids loved the pool. Hosts were fantastic. Cons: WiFi was a bit slow for the kids and their games but was fine for me."

"It’s a beautiful property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was very good. They do not provide much in the way of toiletries. They charge for using a bicycle. I have eaten dinner in the main dining room and the meal was excellent. Hiwever, I was unable to get into the dining room this time and dined at the bar, outside. We both ordered a steak and potato meal that followed a simple and delicious salad. Unfortunately, we both found our two a steaks, cooked à point ( medium rare) tough, gristly, and almost inedible. We each left two thirds of the beef uneaten. Such a disappointment."
