"A delightful boutique hotel. The room was colorful. The bathroom was small but adequate. The staff didn’t speak English and our French is limited but we all managed to communicate and they were helpful, kind and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel which was delicious. The town was interesting too. "

As cyclists it’s well located for some exceptionally scenic rides through the Lot gorges and to several medieval towns and villages. "A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "Spacious rooms, beautiful new pool, breakfast okay. Check out at 11am. Characterful building. No air con in rooms, fans were unavailable from reception. Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating. Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment."
