A éviter !!

L'appartement pourrait être bien si le propriétaire reinvestissait un peu les loyers qu'il perçoit : - la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas, on tirait la chasse avec un seau d'eau - ce même seau nous servait à contenir la fuite sous l'évier de la salle d'eau - la télé (équipement vestige du temps où le complexe appartenait aux hôtels Mercure) ne reçoit que la 6 et un peu la 4. - Internet n'a jamais fonctionné - l'accès à la piscine est payant, il faut s'acquitter d'un droit d'accès de 10€ à l'arrivée. Le personnel de la résidence est très sympathique, mais un différend les opposant au propriétaire, ils n'ont pas été en mesure de faire face aux problèmes. Quant au propriétaire que j'ai contacté par mail, la conclusion de son mail était :"je suis en métropole, débrouillez vous" Donc fuyez cette location, d'autres appartements bien mieux entretenus sont à louer dans cette résidence, ce propriétaire est juste là pour encaisser un loyer bien loin des prestations annoncées.
