Great room with everything we needed, including a L’or coffee machine which was just what I wanted waking up! Good location and perfect for seeing the whole of Lausanne, easy transport links for bus, train, and metro right outside! It’s busy outside but not noisy, which was good!

It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). Great property by old town. I had a Lakeview room which was wonderful. I cut my foot on some broken glass in the room which was unfortunate but otherwise nice facility.
