The Clos Saint Bernard villa, classified 4**** is a magnificent house decorated with taste and refinement, mixing artists and different styles.
A spacious villa (260 m2) facing south, very bright, bathed in sun, offering 4 bedrooms and 5 beds that can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Small private pool ( 4MX3M )- Depth 1.10M
Ideally located 5 minutes walk from shops, you can quickly reach the highway less than 5 minutes to go to Nice, Monaco, Antibes, Juan les pins, Saint -Tropez.
The city of cannes and its beaches are less than 2 km away. 3 car places are in front of the house which is in a private path .
Nearby is a clay tennis club with possibility of lessons.
The house is decorated by the owner who lives outside the rental periods (see photos). You will have the entire villa during your stay.
