Building front entrance always propped open by staff or random diners (all men) who would be sitting on the staircase smoking. Did not feel safe as a woman walking up 3 flights to my apartment. Nice location and new appliances. Clean enough but not thoroughly, corners not wiped, shower with mold. Bed comfortable. No couch just second bed."

"The hotel was a great location to any and everything I needed while in Nice. It’s a short walk to trams, subway, and the regional train. The property was extremely well-kept and clean. Upon arrival, the staff was very polite, accommodating, and communicative. The manager, Elody, was fantastic. If I have to include a negative, I’d say I wish there were more items on site for purchase (such as drinks or snacks) after breakfast hours."
