CHALET LARGE COMFORT

Come and relax in the fresh air. This beautiful family cottage classified 4 **** is for you.
With a capacity of 10 people, surface 240 m² it is very comfortably equipped for a weekend or holidays.
It consists of 4 beautiful bedrooms: 3 CH double beds and 1 CH 4 single beds, two bathrooms / Italian showers. It is located in an exceptional environment at the foot of Mount Charvin and in the heart of the Aravis massif, 35 minutes from the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand, 45 minutes from Annecy and its lake. The situation of this cottage allows many sports activities in Summer and Winter: hiking, skiing, snow, mountain biking, snowshoeing, fishing, climbing all water sports, golf 18 and 9 holes 15 minutes. Rest and calm assured.
It is rented all the year as well as period of the end-of-year holidays. Price according to the period - Weekend or week

Upscale chalet in the Alps

Perfect place and accommodation for vacation in the mountains but close to most attractions (hiking, paragliding, rafting, swimming…and sightseeing locations (annecy, mt Blanc…) But also perfect for relaxing vacation! Wonderfully decorated chalet with all modern amenities!

Strictement rien a redire, tout etait parfait. Superbe chalet familial ideal pour sejour en famille ou entre amis. Equipement complet (cuisine tout simplement fabuleuse), confort 5*, et communication remarquable et sans probleme avec toute la famille des proprietaires, a l'ecoute du moindre petit souci. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment en famille dans ce chalet. L'équipement est complet de qualité, la décoration est faite avec gout et les hôtes sont charmants et à l'écoute. On cherchait un endroit paisible et nous l'avons trouvé. J'aurais néanmoins un petit bémol à formuler ... le chemin d'accès peut être délicat en fonction des véhicules. Néanmoins, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir et je ne peux que recommander ce chalet.

Séjour très agréable dans un chalet de grand confort, avec une décoration pleine de charme, une cheminée facile à allumer avec bois à disposition. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Tout est fonctionnel, il ne manque de rien. Situé en pleine nature, au calme, avec de nombreuses ballades sont possibles à partir du chalet. Maison et cadre très agréables

Maison propre et confortable , située en pleine forêt , au bout d un chemin , à côté d un torrent où nous avons trempé les pieds et tout le corps pour les plus courageux ( eau à 10 degrés). Pas de vue dégagée sur les montagnes mais ce n était pas gênant. Nous les avons vu lors de nos sorties : randonnées , rafting , via ferrata , visite d Annecy ( à 45 minutes )..Achat de bons fromages à la cooperative de Thones Et pour finir , propriétaires accueillants et bonne communication .

4 jours pour se retrouver avec les enfants et profiter de la Savoie. Le chalet est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. La cuisine ouverte sur le grand salon salle à manger équipé d'une belle cheminée invite à de bons moments de convivialité. Au bout d'une voie sans issue entre deux torrents les extérieurs biens aménagés doivent êtres très appréciés en été. Très content de notre semaine chalet très agréable et très bien équipé la literie de très bonne qualité de bons matelas le linge de maison et de bain de très bonne qualité ça c'est très important pour moi!!! Une belle et grande cheminée les salles de bain moderne et pratique un cadre extérieur vraiment très agréable avec de beaux torrents!!!! Seul petit bémol dans les placards qu'il n'y est pas d'étagères et le chalet est un peu à l'écart mais c'est vraiment minime!!! Je recommande à 300% et merci aux sœurs Strapazzon pour leur accueil et leur amabilité. À bientôt Isabelle.

Une belle maison confortable au calme

Nous avons passé 10 jours magnifiques en famille élargie (9 personnes) au moulin des 2 torrents. La maison est très confortable, aménagée avec goût, avec des équipements récents et de qualité. Belles balades dans la forêt au départ du chalet, jeux devant la cheminée, bon repas autour de la grande table à manger, construction d'igloo devant la maison... c'était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait et il y a de l'espace pour que chacun se sente à l'aise. Je recommande chaleureusement!

Chalet grand confort au pied des montagnes dans un calme absolu.

Chalet parfait pour des vacances au calme absolu. Pas un voisin ni une voiture. Nous etions avec ma femme et mon fils de 3 ans, ainsi que notre malamute d'alaska de 1 an dont la présence a été très gentiment acceptée. La maison est prévue pour 10 personnes et parfaitement équipée en conséquences (vaisselle, fauteuils etc ...) ce qui nous a permis de recevoir famille et amis dans le plus grand confort. Les équipements sont très récents. Tout est réuni pour un séjour parfait. La maison se situe en fin d un chemin très facilement accessible en été il n y a aucun souci. La présence du ruisseau dans le jardin est géniale en cas de fortes températures nous en avons bien profité, notre chien également. Le chalet reste à une 20aine de minutes d'annecy, possibilité de descendre rapidement du côté de Faverges pour visiter le Val d'arly. Lac et montagnes sont de fait très facilement accesibles. Pour ce qui est des randos/trail, la boucle des fontanettes passe au pied du chalet, le charvin et la montagne de sulens sont accessibles très rapidement. Emplacement idéal. Enfin, mention particulière à Eliane et Ernest, incroyables de gentillesse et particulièrement acceuillants.

A beautiful tranquil mountain hideaway

Chalet Grand Confort is a really beautiful chalet hidden away outside the hamlet of Le Bouchet Mont Charvin. It is spacious and very tastefully decorated with a mixture of antique and modern styles. The fire is a particular treat - even on summer evenings ! There is a lot of outside space as well, with a BBQ area and a river rockpool for hot days. Thones is about fifteen minutes drive and both Annecy and resorts like La Clusaz are a further fifteen to twenty minutes from there - so there is a lot of choice if you want to break the peace and quiet. The owners are very friendly, helpful and non-intrusive. We had a wonderful time there this summer and would hope to visit again in the future. Noel - Ireland

Magnifique chalet au grand calme

Ce chalet est un petit bijou de confort et de tranquillité dans un écrin de verdure et de silence. Cette jolie maison familiale est très bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable et d'un très grand confort... Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable à 9. Nous avons pu facilement visiter la région et faire de magnifiques randonnées aux alentours... Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. Nous reviendrons !
