Excellent séjour d'automne

Excellent séjour dans l'île de Ré. Hôtel très calme, proche de la plage et du village. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Salle de de bain et douches spacieuses. Patio extérieur bien isolé. Petit-déjeuner avec des produits variés et bons. Personnel très accueillant et très réactif pour répondre à nos demandes. Plusieurs piscines agréables. Le parking comprend 2 bornes de recharges électriques, ce qui est actuellement bien pour un hôtel en France; cependant ces bornes sont à recharges lentes et l'une d'elle n'était pas fonctionnelle pendant notre séjour.

Une prestation au top

Séjour de 3 jours et 2 nuits dans une chambre grand luxe. Même si certains détails peuvent être améliorés (peignoirs un peu rêches, terrasse pas propre, rideau occultant percé...) la prestation générale est d'une grande qualité pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant est au top et pas si cher et le petit déjeuner du matin (servi à volonté) vaut son prix. Au final, l'ensemble de la prestation donne clairement envie de revenir.

Très bel hôtel en bord de plage. Le spa est un peu loin l hiver quand il fait froid c est pas facile de circuler en peignoir à l extérieur

Très agréable sauf pour l'hygiène et sanitaire

Emplacement parfait, personnel d'accueil au service cependant les règles sanitaires n'étaient au niveau d'un 4 étoiles, les femmes de ménage ne portaient pas le masque et le spa à 8 personnes c'était serré d'autant que personne ne pouvais porter le masque sans compter l'hygiène limite de femmes en string qui s'assoient sans serviette.

Brand new hotel near the beach on the Isle de Re. Room was very clean and modern with a private outside sitting area. The bedroom could have been a tad bigger for a 4 star hotel. The evening meal was served in the nearby Hotel. Plaisir and was very good. The breakfast was also good.There are bicycles everywhere on the island and car drivers need to be very careful. There was a long delay in getting back to the mainland on the morning we left. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not made up after the first night as we had failed to press the appropriate button to request this service (nobody explained this)
