As a plus, the electric heater in the bathroom to dry your wet motorbike gear 😀"

Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own).
