Cozy 2-Room Apartment with Pool Access & Sports Facilities in Le Barcarès

Comfortable one-bedroom ground floor apartment located in Coudalère, Boulevard Palmyra, Building 4.
The apartment features a kitchen opening onto a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet.
Beautiful shaded terrace. For parking, you'll have a private space in the large parking lot located behind the residence.

As part of your rental, you'll have access to:

An aquatic area with three pools: a 25m lap pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabiking during the summer season, and a water play area for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-October and is free for all our tenants upon presentation of a card that we will give you upon arrival.

Various sports fields: multi-sports field, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field.

And for fitness or more physical exercise, an outdoor fitness area is available.

Electricity consumption to be paid from October 1 to April 30: €0.20/KWH

A €50 cleaning deposit is required in addition to the main deposit.
