House terrace with wifi for rent in Barcares (20 km Perpignan) in the Mediterranean at 1500 m from the beaches. Ideally located in a quiet area but close to all places of entertainment. Ideal for family holidays and very popular for resting in the quiet season. The accommodation is equipped with all mod cons with TV, Radio CD, internet, washing machine, terrace furniture, BBQ, all crockery and kitchen equipment and shelters for bicycles, cot available etc ... The house is located 5 minutes from the center of the village of Barcares. Rent all year!

Une location bien agencée et suffisamment spacieuse pour 5 avec une belle terrasse, un endroit calme et agréable et la meeting et les activités tout près. ..Que demander de mieux ! Tout est réuni ici pour passer de belles vacances. Une semaine trop courte à renouveler.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison agréable, bien agencée. Mezzanine confortable. Nous y sommes allés en décembre et à cette saison l'intérieur est un peu humide notamment la salle de bain. Les chauffages d'appoints étaient vraiment nécessaires. Il manquerait peut être un four mais il est vrai qu'en période d'été il serait moins nécessaire. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

On y retournera !!

Maison de vacances tout confort idéale pour petite famille et très bien entretenue. Après y avoir passé des vacances inoubliables en juillet 2011, nous y sommes retournés fin octobre 2012. Que ce soit en été ou en arrière saison, les activités ne manquent pas..(plage, rando, sports d'eau, il y en a pour tout les goûts) . Les commerces et marchés sont facilement et rapidement accessibles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les pistes cyclables qui permettent de se balader d'un bout à l'autre de la station en toute sécurité !

On y retournera !!

Après des vacances inoubliables en juillet 2011, nous y sommes retournés fin octobre 2012. La maison est encore plus confortable et bien entretenue. Que ce soit en été ou en arrière saison, les activités ne manquent pas et chacun y trouve son bonheur. Les commerces sont a proximité et facilement accessibles. Des pistes cyclables permettent de traverser cette très belle station en toute sécurité !. Le Perthus, les gorges de la Caranca, Collioure, Mont-Louis, etc... Port Barcarès est le point de départ idéal pour visiter cette magnifique région.

Séjour calme et agréable. Maison sans surprise, comme dans la description, bien équipée (cuisine, terrasse) Le centre-ville est petit mais avec des animations très souvent (soirée danse avec DJ en plein air, concert de sosie, cirque) De plus les environs sont agréables et soignés. Nous allions à la plage (très agréable !) en voiture (5/7 minutes), avec des places de parkings sans soucis. Nous gardons un bon souvenir, merci !
