I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day at dinner. Pool was good but freezing. Animation and kids entertainment looked fairly fun but only if you speak Bulgarian! Beach was a 5 minute walk away. Water was very warm but sunbeds were expensive at £25-£30 for 4 beds & 1 umbrella. Was ok for one week holiday but I wouldn’t go back.

I have stayed here 2 years ago. The place is on the beach with easy access to everything. We loved it last time so i booked it again this year. However, this time i was disappointed. The place was not well maintained. Unit A103 was smelling like sewer. The door handles wete falling off on two of the 3 doors. The daily cleaning came only to throw away the trash. No fresh towels, no cleaning the floor or any other area. It was not worth the nightly rate.
