The Space:

The home includes 2 full bathrooms, including one private en-suite bathroom. Relax in the seasonal swimming pool (closed Oct. 15–Apr.), unwind on the spacious deck, or enjoy the peaceful backyard surrounded by nature. Whether you're here to explore or simply recharge, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and outdoor living.



Guest Access:

Enjoy a seamless self check-in with our secure keyless entry system. A unique access code will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to enter the guest suite conveniently—no physical keys required. Check in at your own pace and start relaxing the moment you arrive.



The Neighborhood:

Tranquil community features a private, unlit trail accessible from the backyard leading to Chandler Lake—ideal for peaceful morning walks. Take pleasure in the expansive 0.6-acre property for outdoor games or to savore a serene sunset. Additionally, the Harris Greenway Trailhead is just a 15-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive away.

We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. To help us keep our home welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe the following:



Parking: You may park in the driveway (up to 6 vehicles) or along the curb directly in front of the property, where permitted. Please avoid parking in front of our neighbors' homes or blocking any driveways.



Pet Rules we Recommend

- No pets left unattended for long periods.

- No untrained pets

- No more than two pets

- Owners must clean up after pets both in the yard and on walks

- Pets must be non-aggressive toward other pets or people

- No pets in the pool (pet hairs destroys the filters)



Be a Good Neighbor: We appreciate your help in keeping our neighborhood peaceful by being respectful of our neighbors, especially during quiet hours.



For everyone's comfort and cleanliness, we kindly ask that you remove your outdoor shoes upon entering and leave them in the hallway. Outdoor footwear can track in dirt, pollen, and other allergens, so keeping shoes off helps maintain a clean and sanitary home for you and future guests.



Feel free to bring your own indoor slippers while you're inside. Thank you for helping us keep our home fresh, cozy, and welcoming for everyone.



As with most outdoor environments in Georgia, insects may be present at times, especially in warmer months.



To help maintain the quality and comfort of the home for all guests, the following may result in additional charges if applicable:



• Excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover

• Unapproved late checkout or early check-in

• Smoking inside the home

• Damage to the property, furnishings, or missing items

• Pet-related damage or undisclosed pets

• Excessive markings or damage to walls

• Plumbing issues caused by improper use (including food in drains or non-flushable items in toilets due to septic system)

• Items left behind after checkout that require retrieval, storage, or return (an administrative/handling fee may apply)



Much like hotels, we require the primary guest to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a brief terms & conditions agreement prior to receiving check-in information. These steps help us maintain a safe, secure, and smooth experience for all guests and are required for all reservations. Because these requirements are part of the check-in process and may impact our ability to rebook the reservation dates, refunds cannot be provided for guests who choose not to complete them.
