"We knew what to expect as a desert camp. Accomodation was as expected. Our first room had an issue with the smell so the staff organised us in a new room. No problem and they were very helpful. The only issue about our whole stay was that one of the more senior staff was unhappy about something and yelled for sometimes after the staff and was very loud and we fell really bad about it.It's really unfortunate as it put a dark cloud on our stay. Everything else was good about our stay."

The location is simply breathtaking and that would be already enough, but also the accommodation and the shared space where I had the meals with the other travelers (Amazing and abundant variation of delicious food!)) was great, very in line with the local bedouin culture. "This place is a scam, avoid it, they will try to get you to double pay for your room, they list this place under various names, but all provide a fake address in the local village, then you have to call them and then they give you directions, once there that is when the scam begins, plus it is not a nice place, very run down"

"I stayed at Wadi Rum for one night. The owner provided dinner for me free of cost because we arrived late. The dinner was chicken, rice and vegetables along with ample amount of tea. Mohammad, the person running the camp was a nice man and we had a pleasant conversation along with a Polish family. The camp is basic with no amenities in the bathroom but thats the whole point of camping. This is not luxury camping but the people running the camp are very hospitable.
