This comfy & cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg and is within walking distance to everything!
We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs
and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

Master bedroom has 1 queen bed- 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and a comfy cot is also available for use if needed.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay in Lawrenceburg. Cute town with lots of things to do nearby. The home was clean, spacious and very nice. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Indiana.

Pleasantly surprised

I’ve stayed in quite a few places and by far this one was the best. Really didn’t need to go anywhere else as had all comforts of home. Close to downtown so walked everywhere in Lawrenceburg yet easy to get to Cincinnati and Kentucky. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great house and location

The hive is a wonderful rental. The house was very clean and the beds( at least the one I slept in) were comfortable. Easy walk to downtown Lawrenceburg. The back yard is spacious with covered patio. If you forget something there is a dollar general in the parking lot that is shared with the house. We had a great visit.

Family friendly, awesome location

If you’ve never been to Lawrenceburg, it’s a beautiful small town with modernized historic buildings, clean parks, and tons to do! I wish we could have stayed just to explore the area, but we were passing through to visit other areas of KY. This home is located pretty central to everything and easy to get to. The home itself is so clean, functional, and roomy for our family of 4–it was perfect. Love the huge shower, comfy beds, coffee bar, laundry amenities and spacious living area. Highly recommend and would def stay again!

Highly recommend!

This is definitely the cleanest, most welcoming Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. The hostess really went the extra mile to make this a comfortable experience. We were able to walk to many restaurants, etc. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Shower was hot with shampoos provided. Fully appliance kitchen. Laundry detergent and dishwasher pods also provided. Great experience!

Relaxing and beautiful

The place was spotless and furnishings up to date. Very inviting and relaxing. Could have just stayed there without going anywhere. Beds were comfortable and they have everything from towels to shampoo. Only recommendation if light sleeper to bring a noise machine or have tv on to reduce train noise in morning. Not a big deal and would not keep me from coming back or from recommending anyone from staying there but just a helpful tip.

Girls night in Lawrenceburg

We had a very brief, but very nice, one night stay in Lawrenceburg to celebrate a friends birthday. We enjoyed the back yard patio where we shared lots of laughs along with beverages and appetizers. The blue tooth speaker that was provided was great and we used it to turn on some favorite tunes. We walked to and from the casino in the evening without any issues. We appreciated the water left in the fridge! House was well cared for and clean. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stay in Lawrenceburg, IN.

Very clean and spacious. Perfect for a comfortable time for a friends getaway. Beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. The shower was beautiful! We loved the three photo albums that showed us restaurants and places of interest in the area. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We have stayed at this property at least three times and have it booked for two more times. We will continue to seek out this property whenever we are in the area. The host frequently shows up at the events we are in town for, so we have met her in person and were able to provide feedback for improvements, which we are happy to say her husband implemented.

The place was great and the location was quaint. We could not use the garage, which, as women traveling, is a security item we look for. The host thought of everything and the back yard was beautiful. The one bed was too tall even for the one of us who was 5'9" or so, but the other beds were okay.

We stayed overnight after attending a game in Cincinnati. My mom kept our toddler with her while the rest of us went to the game. Everything was clean, it was perfect for a rambunctious little boy to play and was easy access to the Great American Ballpark. Shelly even fixed things to get us into the house an hour before scheduled arrival! Highly recommend a stay at the Hive!
