Polite staff, but unhelpful, when I booked, I am pretty sure I did so with an ensuite, when I checked in I was told the bathroom was down the hall (not what I booked), for the price bracket and star rating, this was a big no no. I was told I couldn't cancel, the staff polite but unhelpful. I lost money and re booked elsewhere. The hotel felt and smelt like a student halls of residence, the first impressions once inside where appalling.
So if you have to make a booking, make certain you have booked an ensuite room.

Beautiful hotel! You are immediately greeted with a friendly staff and I love walking into hotels to an amazing signature scent! The hotel smelled incredible upon walking into the lobby as well as throughout the entire hotel. That is just one of the many benefits of staying at AKA Boston Common! It is the perfect walking distance to many of the local attractions which was one of the most essential reasons for us booking with them. Our room had a fantastic view of the city and we loved the complimentary Nespresso and tea station!
We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Boston!
