"Absolutely loved the gardens and the porch! Proximity to downtown Lawrence and KU campus was perfect. Loved walking to Cleo and Leo's down the streets for coffee. Will miss hearing the train now that we've gone home!"

"Great property. Breakfast was good. They have a bar. Several restaurants close by. My only complaint is the mud in parking lot. Very slippery in spots. I helped an elderly guy up after falling to the ground. My wife fell 10 minutes later on slippery muddy sidewalk."
