Spacious and Serene 4-bedroom townhome in charming Lawrence

Escape to this townhome in picturesque Lawrence. With four bedrooms, including three queen beds and two twin beds, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably. Two of the three bathrooms feature both a bathtub and a shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower for those with limited mobility. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere throughout the home, where heating and air conditioning keep the temperature just right. Whether you’re getting ready for the day or winding down, thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and iron add convenience. In the morning you are likely to see deer walking through the backyard, and in the evening you might even spot coyotes, foxes, or bobcats. This fabulous townhome offers a tranquil retreat where you can enjoy nature but still be close to the conveniences of the city. We are located only about 4 miles from the KU campus, and less than 2 miles from Rock Chalk Park. We hope you enjoy what our place and Lawrence have to offer.
