Great location right off Mass

This house has 3 bedrooms- two bedrooms and a full bath on the main level, and a full master suite with jetted tub upstairs. And open floor plan in the living room and kitchen makes a great space to entertain or just enjoy relaxing. Parking off the alley on the east side of the house along with plenty of street parking.
It has a lot of charm and beautiful wood throughout. It is an older home with some quirks- narrow stairs up to the master suite. The neighbors have a fence, our yard is not fenced in just partial on the sides.

Great location. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants.

The house was great. Great location. The door had to be pulled to lock or unlock and would have wanted some locking instructions because I wasn’t familiar with brand but the host was very responsive to questions.

Our stay was perfect. Location is great which we knew because we stayed here before. The only reason I have accurateness of listing 4 stars is because it would have been good to know there is a Kurig coffee maker in the kitchen and a blow dryer. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location, Nicely Appointed

This is a wonderful rental for your visit to Lawrence. My brother and I went back for a reunion at KU and liked the walkable access to Mass St and campus. The bathrooms are nicely updated and the beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful stay and great location

We needed a place to crash while we moved out of our Lawrence house. This was a convenient and easy place for us to land for a few days (2 children, spouse, and dog). It is conveniently located near downtown and South Park, the beds were comfy, the house has some cool decor, and the kitchen was easy to navigate. Host was communicative and proactive. Great stay

Lawrence getaway

6 of us stayed at this convenient older home. The location is a big plus since it is walking distance to KU and to all the unique shops and restaurants on Massachusetts. The owner of the home was easy to communicate with. The upstairs is a very private space with a bed and bathroom. I would stay again.

Great location! Walking distance to Massachusetts. All rooms very clean and adequate size. Upstairs master has very steep steps so just know that for taking up and down suitcases. Very cute and would absolutely stay again!

Nice stay with our dogs

This is an adorable older home that has some really nice features such as the upstairs master bedroom bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The oven did not work in the kitchen when set to bake and there were no oven mits. We did notify the owner of this when we left so hopefully that is fixed for future guests. The bed was comfortable and the home was spacious and the right size for the two of us and our two dogs. There is a small back yard space that would be perfect if it were fenced in down the road. This would ad such value for future guests. There is a nice big park nearby for walks. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great house in a great location! Excellent updates with an impressive primary suite. The brick road is a great nostalgic reminder of the times gone by. Quiet but close to everything. Kim was very helpful.

This house has the old world charm, with today's amenities. It's about an hour away from KC sports complexes. Lawrence has a lot of interesting things to do as well. Had a nice time.
