Charming 4-bedroom house in Lawrence with AC and WiFi

Your Lawrence adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. Each bedroom offers a unique sleeping experience with a queen, full, 2 twin, and king bed. The house features WiFi, heating, AC, washing machine, clothes dryer, and a hair dryer. You'll find 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower. An additional space with a comfy futon provides extra flexibility.
Two bedrooms are on the main floor (the queen and full) and the other two bedrooms (the king and 2 twins) are on the second floor. This is a newly renovated home but the stairs to the second floor are quite steep. 5 minutes to KU campus We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

This was a very well appointed home that was perfect for visiting our KU student. We loved how clean everything was and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The backyard is a nice bonus for grilling and hanging out. We would definitely stay here again!

Really great place to stay, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Communicative hosts who graciously allowed us an early check-in. Would have loved to enjoy the backyard, grill and deck but the Kansas heat dome had other ideas. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Lawrence with a group.

We were grandparents coming to Lawrence for baseball. The house was better than the pictures even showed. So clean & so many extra amenities not usually in a VRBO home. The location was very close to Hoglund Park & downtown Mass Street. We had a great time & would definitely recommend this property.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. We had a big group of 9 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant and had plenty of space. The property was very clean, it seemed to be recently renovated, switches were labeled, helpful notes and instructions were easy to find and follow, etc. The upstairs has a separate AC which was really helpful for sleeping in particular since it gets much warmer than the ground floor.

Perfect house for the wedding weekend

Great location for the wedding and convenience to grocery and restaurants. Clean and ready for us with a perfect backyard! The only thing is the grills starter didn’t work and needed an aim and flame for convenience of starting it that was not available. But that is minor and we loved our stay!

House was in a great location not far from anything. We stayed while attending a KU basketball game. Campus is short drive. Home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Didn’t need to contact host for anything. Ryan reached out multiple time to ensure our stay was great. The king bed, bathroom, and layout upstairs is nice and spacious. The stairs are a little steep, but there is railing to help. I didn’t have any issues with it. I would stay here again.

Super clean

Really appreciated how clean the property was. The house has been updated and felt fresh. Typically, when we enter any rental, there’s a chemical smelly plug-in in every room and every closet. They were still in the property, but this was not overwhelm chemicals. It was truly fresh and clean. We also appreciated all the little condiments and special things left to help us in case we forgot. Equally we liked that we didn’t have to throw excess away when we left the property, like unopened soda and water could be left for the next person as well. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed here for the KU football game and couldn't have asked for a better spot! The home was spacious and fit our family of 7 comfortably. The location was perfect-just minutes from campus and plenty of restaurants. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was a nice bonus, and overall the house made for a great experience. Would definitely stay here again
