Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Alpine. The hotel is nicely decorated, in Swiss themes, very warm and classy decor.
