'Residenza La Fonte Dependance' – Perfect for Couples, Private Terrace, Air Conditioning

  • Located in Laveno-Mombello, just 1.5 km from the lake and the town center with all amenities including bars, supermarkets, laundromats, and transport links (ferries to Intra and the Borromean Islands, trains, buses), 40 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport and 1.5 km from Cerro beach, this 58 m² apartment on two levels accommodates up to 3 guests. It features 1 double bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed, and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. Air conditioning is available both in the kitchen/living area and the bedroom. Additional amenities: TV, Wi-Fi, and adjustable heating via the air conditioning system on both floors. Families with small children have access to a private high chair. Perfect for couples.



    Outdoors, relax with a glass of wine on the open terrace and enjoy beautiful mountain views.



    Guests have access to 1 on-site parking space and a charging station for electric vehicles, free of charge during certain hours from April to October. There are external cameras facing the gate.



    Please note: Events are not permitted on the property. At the same address, the owners’ 2 friendly dogs live separated by a fence. The apartment is part of a complex with 4 units, including your independent Dependance. The area is peaceful and ideal for restful nights. IMPECCABILE!

Pros: Abbiamo alloggiato in questo nuovo appartamento (il terzo dello stesso host), ed è impeccabile come gli altri due (ovviamente provati più e più volte!). Struttura nuovissima, moderna e dotata di ogni comfort. La cura dei dettagli, la pulizia perfetta e l'accoglienza calorosa ti fanno sentire a casa e sono diventati sicuramente i loro marchi di fabbrica. Cons: nulla
