"Stunning communal areas but dated rooms The lobby and pool areas are great but I felt there was a lot lacking in terms of warmth of customer service The kids soft play is SGD45 for 3 hour even for hotel guests, the Splash waterpark area is limited to one morning or afternoon per accomodation night. None of these limitations are made clear at booking despite those areas being advertised as bonuses for families Staff felt undertrained with different answers given for the same questions. Including a request for a glass of milk for a child being SGD 10. Perplexing to say the least It is a nice hotel and looks the part on arrival but it's without warmth of customer service "

"It is a really good experience by sleeping one night in this iconic hotel. The bed is really confortable and the breakfast was excellent."

"Have to upgrade on maintenance. Not enough staffs for everyday housekeeping. Every three days housekeeping is not good. Need to check throughly with safe because we have to call two separate days for dying out safe battery. Laundry room needs to upgrade with more big washing machines and dryer. Washing machines are too small. "

"My room was downgraded but not discounted. The manager said we do not have more room for what you booked. This once a luxury hotel is badly managed these days, cleaning does not have enough people so at 4 PM your room is still not cleaned and tidiness generally failing having hair in the bathroom and white towels being yellow . I like the location being of a part of a mall, however my loyalty is over. For such money you can do much better in Singapore! "

"Great spacious room. Well lit. Work space useable. Stayed in the Premier tower. Breakfast included. Continuous refreshment and late afternoon cocktails and snacks…that substitute for a light dinner(!)"

We really enjoyed this location as it is central for toying around the city. The train station is very close and there's even someone in there to answer questions and help you with tickets."

"Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location right next to the Somerset MRT station and Orchard Road shops and restaurants. Fort Canning and the river were also easily walkable. The rooms were quiet and a good size. Show stopper is the large rooftop pool and bar which has the best view in Singapore towards Marina Bay Sands. We would certainly stay again. "
