"I would suggest placing a trash can in the living/bedroom space. Other than that, all was fine, including breakfast, staff, location, cleanliness, eco-friendliness, etc. etc. A bit pricey but worth it. I would perhaps stay again and/or suggest others the same."
"Internet didn’t work and had to get special help that took a couple hours to get my laptop secured-other guest couldn’t use her internet either in the room. Lots of business travelers so internet in the room should work"
"I booked for a city view, but my room definitely is not a city view. When I talked to the staff, they said it was automatically chosen when I booked. So I’m not sure who made the mistake. The room is outdated though the lobby was nice."
"Nice hotel, no frills and in a great location. Easy to travel to and from the airport or anywhere else in Singapore due to the MRT station right below. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was OK..... only ate there once but lots of other options very close by so we chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay.
The tiles around the pool are VERY slippery when wet! Something to be aware of as we saw both adults and children falling over. Hote really needs to address this issue as it's quite dangerous.
Would recommend this place as an affordable option for a few nights stay."
"Room was clean easy to check in. Staff were friendly. Hotel located on great location to reach any tourist attraction. Underground station was in the same building. It’s really convenience with all shops, bars, restaurant, self service laundry is 7 minutes walk in case anyone need to get clothes quick wash.
Outdoor pool is more for relax than a proper swimming. During the time I stayed was a bit busy with family and kids so I only have drinks by the pool.
Another good point is I can use shower facility by the pool before I left to airport as my flight was later at night. "
