  • Superb large family chalet located at the entrance of the Lioran ski resort.

    Featuring a huge living room with a large dining table, this chalet will be perfect for enjoying convivial moments around the table. It has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. All sleeping arrangements are standard size with 140X190 for double beds and 90x190 for single beds. Its 6 toilets and 4 bathrooms allow privacy and autonomy for large groups.

    This large 200 m² accommodation is furnished with taste and mountain style and fully equipped for your comfort. Its location will offer you a superb view of the mountain.

    The rental is located 200 m from the "Le Lioran" station, 200 m from the ski slope and the "Masseboeuf Chairlift", 300 m from the "Paint Ball" attractions park. It is near the national road and has free parking spaces that can accommodate up to 6 cars. Numerous hiking trail and mountain bike path departures will be available to you. You can enjoy its garden furniture installed on the 100 m² terrace, its fireplace, included internet access (wifi), hair dryer, electric heating...

    The American kitchen, gas-powered, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker and Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The chalet has a vast ski storage room with ski boot dryer.

    This accommodation is ideal for your large group reunions with family and/or friends.



    Towels and linen are not provided, possibility of renting them upon request.

Prestation de qualité (TV, wifi, salon et salle à manger agréables, cuisine tout équipée, literie de qualité...). Plusieurs espaces de vie qui permettent à tous de s'isoler dans de bel espace. Proximité de la station et des commerces. Facilité de contact avec l'agence. Merci à vous et à l'année prochaine! Ménage approximatif (vaisselle sale, four très gras, appareil à raclette détériorés et sales) Difficulté pour se garer avec l'enneigement et les véhicules du bâtiment voisin.

Un séjour de rêve !

L’accueil par Mr Pascal Perrier a été très apprécié. C’est un homme très sympathique et efficace. Le logement pour 15 personnes correspondait à la description et nous a donné entière satisfaction. La proximité des navettes pour aller à la station est un gros avantage et permet de laisser la voiture en stationnement toute la semaine. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Prima functioneel huis. Voldoende ruimte en borden/bestek ruim voorhanden. Omgeving is wat saai (zeker als er geen sneeuw ligt). Boeken met credit card werkte niet, dus handmatige overboekingen gedaan. Deze snel en correct bevestigd gekregen.

Très bon week-end passé en famille dans ce grand chalet de montagne cocooning ou nous nous sommes tous retrouvés. La pièce de vie est top, avec une grande table ainsi qu’un coin salon très confortable. Très bien équipé! Chambre avec salle de bain pour chacun très appréciable. Petit bémol pour la terrasse au bord d’une route très passante donc bruyante mais la vue sur le plomb du Cantal comblait ce petit désagrément.

Grand chalet très confortable dans lequel nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Cerise sur le gâteau : la cheminée et le sèche-chaussures (comme dans les magasins de sport) ! Très bonne relation également avec Pascal, le gérant.

Chalet au top fonctionnel, propre et calme malgré la route et bien situé la navette passe à 100 m pour rallier la station et 200 m de la 1ere remontée quand il y a de la neige Et en plus super boucherie de pays juste en dessous que du bonheur ! On trouve vraiment tout ce qu il faut dans cette station pour passer un bon séjour j y retournerai sans aucun doute

Chalet super, un paysage de la terrasse merveilleux, tout le confort souhaité, un accès au piste à 5 min à pieds... Nous étions 6 adultes et 7 enfants. Rien ne manquait, belle déco, chalet moderne... Nous étions 7 adultes et 6 enfants, pour la semaine de Noël. Positif : équipement ménager bien adapté ; accueil sympathique ; chalet spacieux, bien entretenu et chaleureux. Négatif : situation en bordure de route (RN 122) et un peu à l'écart de la station. En l'absence de neige... nous avons pu faire de jolies balades. A RECOMMANDER

Il n'y a pas de jardin pour les enfants. En conclusion, ce chalet doit très bien convenir pour les séjours à la neige, mais nous le déconseillons l'été avec des enfants.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec enfants et petits enfants (15p.). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié vaisselle, literie, électro-ménager, literie...neufs et de très bonne qualité. La location était très propre. Très pratique le local sèche-chaussures de ski. Le propriétaire nous a bien orientés sur les divers commerçants. Les skieurs ont bien apprécié la proximité des pistes et les navettes gratuites pour s'y rendre et les non skieurs ont trouvé de belles randonnées. Nous pensons revenir une prochaine année.
