Le Gambetta - T3 Standing avec Parking, Wifi, Netflix

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this spacious 84 m² apartment for rent, located in downtown Laval. Located on the 2nd floor (without asceuseur) and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers, it comprises a bright living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 quiet bedrooms opening onto the courtyard, a shower room and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:
- Living room with sofa bed and connected TV (possibility to connect to Netflix, Deezer, Youtube, etc.). The living room can be isolated from the rest of the apartment for sleeping.
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery, dining table, ...
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (180x200) separable into 2 single beds
- Bathroom with double washbasin and large walk-in shower, washing machine and towel dryer
- Separate WC
- Balcony overlooking the Mayenne river.

The apartment is ideally located in the center of town, close to all amenities: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ...

Transportation:
If you come by car, you can park for free in the private parking space (for a small car only).

Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée par l'agence donc pas non plus à la sortie. Du coup, sans contrôle, pour 5 personnes, il manque de la vaisselle. Point positif, l'emplacement et l'appartement sont idéales pour tout faire à pied. C'est calme. Literies au top. Bref tout le reste va bien !"

Le Gambetta Unit did not feel clean - smell of mold and mildew and noticeable evidence of mold in shower and on window blinds. Dirty sponge in kitchen smelled very moldy. Cabinets had opened food from prior victors. Entry to unit is unattractive (dirty). Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided but did receive more when called agency. Agency was not helpful with mold and mildew complaints - kept telling us to call host who never responded.

Bonne isolation : pas de bruit, bien chauffé, pièces spacieuses. L’appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes pas plus ( vaisselle, penderie, eau chaude). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
