Book a Lava Hot Springs Cottage

"We had a nice room that had a great big tub. I was not aware of the tub when i booked the room, so that was a very nice surprise. The swimming pool is filled with the hot springs mineral water. I also did not know that was offered at this hotel. We made sure to take advantage of the pool instead of paying to go to the public mineral pools. I really think the pool was our favorite part. It was so nice to go soak in the pool in the evening when it was a cold night. The staff was also great. We left a blanket in our room when we checked out and they called us to let us know so we could go pick it up our make arrangements to get it sent back. "

"This was one of the cutest places I've stayed at. You walk in and it looks like a cozy library (hence the name). There are books everywhere. In front of you is a white board with suggestions and people's comments. In the corner is a very well appointed coffee, tea and cocoa bar. The room was very nice with a great bathroom. Outside is a hot tub, grill and fire pit. The seats were well worn, but still comfortable. The kitchen was great with a large stove and cooktop. It's the type of place you could stay for an extended period and feel like home. My only slight complaint is that breakfast was supposed to be served at 7. It didn't come out until 7:30.and the milk was expired for the cereal. We were on a bit of a tight time schedule, so it did put a small kink in our plans. But overall, fantastic and I would stay again in a heartbeat!"
