"Long check in time (1h+). Dark room with no outside view. Bed was comfortable. Sink didn’t drain. Long check out time. Waiting over 45 min for a shuttle pick up at the airport which never came and I had to take an uber. Walls are paper thin. Room was loud."

"Checkin was fine however my personal door used the same code as the front door. The room was filthy with dead cockroaches in the sink, toilet, shower, and about 5 living cockroaches immediately visible in the room.
