As i arrived to the property, i immediately felt very insafe and insecure about the surrpundings/neighborhood. Once in lobby i asked if i can please see the room..she accomodated me and allowed me to go see it for myself....From thre minute i walked into the room i was shocked The lamp shade had a tear 4 inches long, the ac had rust stains running the the wall,..many stains n walls/doors very poor condition,dirty and unsafe for health and safety rweasons....I DID NOT stay there......I went to another hotel...I would really likie my full refund as well as a phone call from EXPEDIA..totally disappointed , unacceptable and inconvenience.

Big gap under door blowing in cold air and light so plugged it with bath towel! Old hotel very tired and no breakfast to speak of all carbs! Horrible

The hotel needs a complete makeover inside and out. The rooms had a very musty smell. The walls had bug splattered all over them, the carpet needs to be replaced, the food in the hotel snack machine need to be replaced. The curtains were stained and dirty.
