"The property was as nice as advertised, Carolyn was very informative and helpful. The home has been completely remodeled and is very nice. We have stayed in 3 different condos in seven springs and this was the nicest. Great location next to the pool area."

"This is a really nice home at 7 Springs with a lot of space. In general it is a great home, and everyone enjoyed themselves. There are some minor issues with the home such as the first floor bathroom where the shower has a broken fixture and the door does not lock properly, but these did not detract from the overall quality of stay. We would definitely return."

"Very nice for my needs. A small group that was attending the event at 7S. Location is quiet and away from the activity of 7S so we could actually relax in the evening. We did not use the kitchen but did recognize it would be easy to prepare or have meals there as well."

"This is my 4th time staying here in the past 5 years. I remarked to the host that I stayed there just after he listed it, and then again last week, and the quality has not changed. It was and is an excellent property!These hosts pay attention to details, and everything is just as good, just as accommodating, and just as comfortable as the first time I stayed there.I joked that it feels like home, because I know where everything is located!I recommend this one, whether winter or summer, for the location, the quality, the attention of the hosts, Dave and Andrea, and the value.I'll keep coming back!"

"Overall it was a good choice. The condo itself was very nice. However there were some issues with the cleanliness and supplies .Open containers of food was left in the kitchen drawers, there was hair on the floors, the grill was so corroded and covered with food that it was unusable. We had planned at to grill out each night but was unable to so all the groceries I bought for dinners did not get used. I had to go to the store and buy aluminum foil, olive oil spray, kitchen towels and a corkscrew. We had to find places to eat dinner, the choices are slim. There is a grocery store in Laurel Hills but nothing else is close and it's very expensive and limited. The host did credit us for the inconveniences that is why I didn't give all 3's."

"This was our second year in a row that we booked Fin & Feather for our college reunion. No better place to stay. Everything you want or need for a getaway is provided. The beds were extemely comfortable. The kitchen and refrigerator/freeze are industrial plus you are provided with a large stand alone icemaker! The grounds are amazing - you have to see them to believe. A fire pit is a necessity and this one does not disappoint with plenty of firewood. Will definately be back."
