"Very good option for a budget motel. Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. Like all at this very low price point, there's some wear and tear, but they try very hard and do many small things better than expensive hotels. Breakfast is minimal, but adequate and better than some other extremely low-cost places. Wi-fi not so good, but you can't expect everything at this price."

"We absolutely loved our stay here and are looking forward to returning again, maybe next time in the winter to take advantage of the cabin’s proximity to 7 springs and Hidden Valley. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, including firewood and rods to roast marshmallows with! Our 3 kids loved playing in the stream and my husband and I loved the quiet neighborhood and listening to the water running over the small waterfall in the stream. We enjoyed the quick drive to Laurel hill state park, and slightly longer drive to Ohiopyle. Thank you so much for your hospitality! "
