"It was an ideal location for our visit to Evandale, close to everything we wanted to do and very well presented. The cottage is nicely renovated, it was warm (a must in a Tassie autumn) and quiet. We didn’t have a lot to do with the owners but found the lady very friendly when we did. Definitely recommended."

"We were very impressed with the cleanliness and set out of this room. Very convenient position with walking distance to everything! Good shower and towels ( no hand towel or face washer) , good heating and a electric blanket. Linen was nice too! "

"On check in at 5pm reception was closed with just a note on the door which room was ours. Room was unlocked with key on table inside. Nobody else was staying there for the 2 nights znd it was lonely not seeing anyone except for someone doing a bit of gardening in the morning"

"Very impressed with the staff at this property, especially the guy in reception, so friendly and helpful, this was our second stay and they had stored our bags while we were on the Overland Track for a week, delighted on return that our bags had been put in the room ready for us. We had a one bedroom apartment, very spacious, with a full kitchen and laundry.
