You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

You'll have fun with the whole family, at this stylish three bedroom home.

Offering a modern open plan living, dining (complete with slide!), kitchen, two spacious bathrooms (one with bath tub) & full laundry facilities.

The kitchen is a fabulous space to prepare gourmet delights of local Tasmanian produce.

The three bedrooms have one double bed, with walk in robe, one queen bed with mirrored wardrobe doors & the third bedroom has two single beds.

Outdoors you'll find children's play equipment, a bbq & entertaining area, which is the perfect space to relax & have your morning cuppa or end of day drink.

There is comfortable parking for two mid-size cars in the carport.

It is the perfect base to explore Launceston & surrounding areas. Being just short drives to historic villages such as Evandale, Longford & Westbury.
Along with being close to the Tamar Valley wine & distillery regions.

The CBD is approx. 1.4km away & the Launceston General Hospital being 1.8km away. Along with close proximity to private & public schools.

We absolutely promise, you'll love staying in this very comfortable accommodation.

    My family and I had a very lovely stay. The home was warm and comfortable and provided all of the facilities that we required. It is close to the CBD and a variety of attractions and activities. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this home to other families.

    Large spacious house

    Overall satisfactory with a nice little playground (from my nephew). Great kitchen comes with all the tools and utensil for us to spend our Christmas but having a dishwasher would be a bonus.
