An ideal townhouse for an executive long term stay.

This two bedroom unit has undergone a complete renovation and is stunning. Both bedrooms have queen size beds & built in robes. The open plan kitchen living areas, are ideal for entertaining. With modern comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and private courtyard with bbq*, you'll never want to leave.

Situated opposite St. Georges Square park you have so much on your door step. The property is an easy walk to cafes, butcher and shops. The local bus into the CBD runs regularly past your doorstep.

With it's central location you don't have to travel far to some of Launceston's attractions; City Park, Charles St restaurant strip, Boags Brewery, Cataract Gorge, Penny Royal World and the Harvest Market. If you're wanting to cool off or do some exercise, the Launceston Aquatic Centre is a 10 minute walk away. Public and Private Hospitals are a close 5 minute drive away.

There is undercover off street parking at the rear of the property.

    OMG I could not believe how great this property is. From communication, to starter amenity packs, to presentation - I think this has been the best property I’ve booked so far. Shops and eateries are close by. If I go back to Launceston I would certainly book again.
