Positives: comfortable bed, good shower, balcony with a great view across the city, helpful staff on reception. Negatives: the front door of the unit offered little insulation from the traffic noise from the road outside, the black-out curtains were rendered pointless by the gap at the bottom, and a wrong sized plug made using the sink difficult. Slow and weak wi-fi signal on the top floor, which the motel knows about, because they recommended I sit by the window when using it.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment but ours had three! Some fittings a little dated but loved it's spaciousness and that it was fully self contained. Our apartment was on the ground floor and we could park our vehicle at the door. There is a guest laundry on the first floor - $6 per wash. Adina would be an ideal place for a family that needs temporary accommodation while looking for something permanent.

Entrance was dangerous to unit one. One small step then one very small step followed by tracts for sliding door to step over. Entrance should have a grab rail and steps reconstructed to confirm to building regulations.

Wasn’t too sure about being FINED if dishes weren’t washed put away on departure. The internet was totally useless too low a signal and kept dropping out decided to not even continue with it.

Disappointing. Not worth it for the price. Property feels grotty and shabby. Service is stingy with basics like toilet paper. Inappropriate bed linen. Doona is sandwiched between two sheets instead of a quilt cover. Wifi signal was so weak as to be non-existent. Had to sit on balcony to get 2 bars of wifi signal.

Accommodation which is so close to the city centre, very close to good dining options, surprisingly quiet with good reception hours and a lovely receptionist is hard to find. It had all the basic needs for a short term stay for a really good price.
